Hi, Looks very interesting. Is there any chance that this will be eventually included in MPL? Or at least have a license similar to MPL? Have you thought about combining the dendrogram with a heatmap/colormap (e.g. http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/fac/sci/moac/currentstudents/peter_cock/python/he= atmap/)?
