Welcome to this project! I accept all reasonable criticizm and ready to support you in any effort to improve the lib on any platform. Comments and reviews are welcom too. If you're a dev you can dive into details. For reserchers only an interface matters. As you probably know, C compilers come as a scratch-start thing on a computer. So you only need a skill of C and shell. It's not so easy as it looks. Because of the need to remember many, many commands. Moreover shells itsef are different and form a tree of shells. Root privileges are useful, but not nesessary - so try to be as simple as possible.
