Economy Tool improved: CursorTool added mk. II. Testing Child-Windows I.

Fixed a bug in the layer evaluation plugin.
Evaluation of landscape features without biotope type value result into a NullPointerException.
After that the complete OpenJUMP was hanging.

Added checking of a biotope type selection to the "LComponentEditorView".
A message dialog will popup if no biotope type was selected. Meanwhile switching to another tab is disabled.

Added a hover node to show a value of a JavaFX chart element (point, slice, etc).
Adapted from an example on "StackOverflow" webside.
Isn't working with pie charts at the moment (example used a line chart) .

Implemented Java hints.

Update ManuelaConnect.properties to use "localhost" instead of the Server for a Database Connection.

New Visualization of the Pie Charts created by Chart and Crop Rotation Plugin.
Only Shares >= 5% are shown as a seperate Slice.
First Impression of new Economy Plugin is implemented, too.
Database Tables to load the Basedata and store the Results are still missing.

After endless try and error to merge the Changes of Branch "dev 1" back into the Trunk ITS DONE.

Added missing Files after an incomplete Merge (Tree Conflict Error) by Hand (Export from Branch "dev1") to the Trunk.

Another try to merge the changes from dev1 into trunk.

Tried to merge the changes from Dev 1 since its origin into trunk without success.
Not able to recreate the state of the EconomyViewFXController.
So maybe its buggy now but MANUELA didn't run into any error.
