Commit [r483]  Maximize  Restore  History

Fixed a bug in the layer evaluation plugin.

Evaluation of landscape features without biotope type value result into a NullPointerException.
After that the complete OpenJUMP was hanging.

Added checking of a biotope type selection to the "LComponentEditorView".
A message dialog will popup if no biotope type was selected. Meanwhile switching to another tab is disabled.
