[mantisbt-help] Change Blue Theme in Mantis 2.24.1

Hi All,
I recently installed Mantis 2.24.1. I was easily able to change our logo etc., but wanted to change the default blue color theme to maroon.   I did try searching but did not find any exact information to help me. I assume it has something to do with the css directory/files.   

I apologize in advance if there is info somewhere that I missed. Can anyone let me know how to change the bars on the pages from blue to maroon?
