[mantisbt-lang] Basque Translation filename

Hi there,

I'm translating MantisBT to basque and realized at Github that generated 
language file is stored as strings_eu.txt instead of the standar 
strings_language.txt used for other languages.

I think this may be a bit anoying for future basque translation users as 
the language selector would contain an undescriptive "eu" instead of 
"basque". So, is it possible to change the strings_eu.txt filename to 
strings_basque.txt? I didn't find any option for this on 
translatewiki.net so I guess is a project issue...
