[Mantisbt-soap-dev] How can i developp a Soap server ?

Hi,

I would like to add user in Mantis via Web Server ,but I didn’t find
it in Api Soap.
So would create it with using the function “user_create(…)” exist in
(‘core/user_api.php’). Can you help me please?
