Yes, that would be. There's some work of getting pagination and also
search working at
https://github.com/rombert/mantisbt/tree/soap-custom-filters, so you
can build on top of that.

I don't know if we really need a third method call which is between
mc_project_get_issues and mc_project_get_issue_headers from a
performance point of view, but we'll see down the road.
