[Mantisbt-soap-dev] How to get user project access level

I'm working on integrating Mantis together with another system, however I'm
stuck on how to get an user access level for a certain project, so I can
then enable/disable features (I know how to check later for this).

Is it possible? the only solution I've found so far is to get the users of
a project with a certain access level, and I find that solution to be a bit
cumbersome. Allowing for this would save unneeded roundtrips just to get an
access denied message.
