[mantisbt-lang] Manage columns not translated into French

Just looked at mantis 1.2.0a2-SVN on the Mantis site, and noticed that 
Manage columns is not translated into French.

Issue 9436 opened in the bugtracker.

(Note that this issue should perhaps be moved to the localization 
category)

One menu item, and all strings in account_manage_columns_page.php need 
to be translated.

While we're at it, I suppose we should also check the full file for 
other newly added strings.
