I've been trying to track down this problem for a few days now and=20
have hit a brick wall. I can't reproduce it with the 0.19.0 release or=20=
It does occur regularly on bugs.mantisbt.org, however. The scenario=20=
appears to be that a user (sender) who has their language preference=20
set to 'auto' changes a bug in a browser that sets the language to=20
something other than the default. The email goes out mostly in the=20
interested party's (receiver) desired language with the exception of=20
the relationship information which is in the sender's language.
Are others seeing this on private installations, or is this specific=20=
to the mantis tracker?
Can someone look at the code in core/email_api,=20
core/relationship_api, and core/lang_api to see if they can see any=20
