[Manderlbot-project] Manderlbot new design

Hello,

I am rewriting the Manderlbot design, the Erlang IRC client and bot.
Erlang/OTP features are on their way. The code will be more usable, the
bot will be more flexible and the OTP features now makes the bot able to
resist to crash.

The version 0.2 should be release very soon. In the mean time, you can
have a look at the CVS repository if you are interested:
