What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use outlook express as the email client
2. select html from any page
3. send with mailnoter
the email received containes 'raw' html tags, and is not rendered as html
the html code is fine (i have copied it to a file and lacunhed the
browser), but the email client (both ouutlook and thunderbird) is showing
ther raw html tags

Unfortunately, the MAPI (Mail API) was designed before html email was around. So
there's no way to force the email client to render the content passed to it as html.
For thunderbird, you have to set the option to write new emails as html. If you have
the option set to "text mails" as default, even thunderbird won't show html mails.
Not sure if that works for outlook express too.

if MAPI does not support HTML email, then why generate the email as HTML ?
i've tried both with thunderbird and outlook express, and tried (almost) all the
settings, and still, i get the mail as html code , and not as rendered html.
this tool is great, and i was planning to write one my self :), but , i don't
understand this issue...

Well, Thunderbird does support html mails via MAPI - it detects the contents and uses
html if it thinks the content is html and not text.
But this (in Thunderbird) only works if new mails are configured to use html and not
plain text.
So, unfortunately I can't guarantee that this tool works for other mail clients, but
I know it works with Thunderbird (since that's what I'm using the tool with).

for some reason, it does not work for me.
i have tried to set thunderbird to use html for new messages, but probably something
does not work correctly.
