#8 big mp3 file doesn't play

I have a big mp3 file (15.7 MB) encoded at 192 Kbps,
44100 Hz, Normal Stereo, Only Original Flag set that
just won't work. At first, the time was being
displayed incorrectly at winamp's playlist, then I
disabled the "fast playing time calculation" and the
time displayed well at winamp's playlist. Both times,
when I pressed Alt-3 for the file info the Length was
displayed correctly (tho it takes a while... it seems
like the plug-in reads the whole file)

Anyway, when i double click on the file, the plug-in
reads the file for a while (maybe about 4 or 5
seconds) and then seems like starts playing, but it
plays the song in slo-mo. About at 1/3 x... Really
weird.

Winamp decoder plays it well with no problems...

I've just trimed the file to 1/10th its original size
and same problem... Attaching file
