#20 crash with certain mp3

makes libid3tag crash. this is on macosx.
couldn't find which version we were using atm, but the header
says:

I also experience this problem. Oddly enough, an mp3 that worked
yesterday, will crash xmms today. Once it is "bugged" though, there is no
option but to disable mad plugin. As stated above it has to do with failure
to handle faulty id3 tags.
