#15 Mp3 Streaming cuts every 12 sec

The sound gets cut precisely every 12 seconds (for 1-3
seconds black out, the winamp time display is freezed
during this black-out also) with a jump of the winamp
task CPU % from 0-1 to 14-16 %. It seems there is a
problem in streaming situations. I ensure it is not due
to the internet connection, I use ADSL with nothing
else using my bandwidth but winamp radio streaming. I
also tryied on another computer and it does exactly the
same.
No problem though when using local mp3 files.

I made some more tests. It seems that if I use a streaming
of 192kbits/s, the cut delay goes to 8 seconds instead of 12
for 128kbits/s.
