#1 modules crash apache subservers

The apxs plugins seem to crash the apache subservers
with little povocation. I think it's mainly when the
corresponding server is not up and running.

    Are you using the library-ized modules from 0.2?

    Could you set `LogLevel debug' in httpd.conf and attach the
    relevant chunks of error.log as file to this bug?

    I just checked in new c-libs. If you compile the plugins
    against these, the problem should disappear. Come back and
    close out the bug if it works for ya!
