How hard would it be to make Hexen 2 Intel-native? It looks like that Hexen 2 is a CFM Carbon app, so it might need to be imported into an XCode project.
My first attempts at porting Hexen 2 to XCode weren't exactly joyous ones. It said that a lot of the functions and structs were redefined. Also, a lot of the #includes had to be rewritten to take advantage of Mac OS X's way of doing things, especially with Carbon.
