Have tried lppdf and was forced to alter the routine
for creating timeinfo from lpd header to get it to
work.

(See attached lppdf file)

Added a small thingy to differentiate output depending
on user.

Changed extraction of host:user since i wanted the host
name as well.

Works nice with Samba print => fileshare.
