Hello,

are you still interested in including the patch in log4c? log4c has not been developed for a while...

I've tried to write an example for socket appender. It looks like some log events on the start are not delivered into chainsaw (probably it took some time before chainsaw is ready...). Did you noticed the same behaviour?

New patch attached (there are tiny modifications in the appender and the new example).
