#2 Complete example Swing GUI Localization

The example Swing GUI localization is incomplete.

This needs to have a basic minimum of localization,
using the library itself, in place.

Some extra features would be nice.

For example, simple refresh functionality to
demonstrate GUI strings updating when localizers are
live editing an XLIFF for a particular locale. A basic
'Refresh' menuitem is sufficient.

On-the-fly locale change with dynamic menu/menuitem
updating. Quickly change from one language/locale to
another by simple menu/button click. No stop/restart or
configuration file changes should be necessary.
