Just like to add a note here, that I got my SoundCraft UI24R Digital mixer via USB on my LINUX machine (and WIN 10) up and running with Jamulus :-) . So currently not much people seem to be aware that this great Mixer is running out of the box with LINUX (UBUNTU 18.04). So you could add this interface as verified with LINUX/WIN, unfortunately I have no MAC (someother can verify?).
The feature list of the mixer is rich, and you need to configure your inputs/outputs to your needs. This one has 32x32 Audio interfaces! I needed to connect the capture inputs and playback outputs to other than port 0/1.
Port settings 0/1 is hardcoded in sound.cpp of LINUX sources. I modified this with the ports I need and it works great, i.e. when starting jamulus client it connects with correct ports of the running jackd daemon.
So please make this depend on jamulus commendline switches or xml configuraation file or whatever fits the SW architecture best.
