Running Jamulus on MacOS High Sierra version 10.13.6, AirPort router
Jamulus default port setting is 22124; my router's IPv4 Port Mapping (see attachment) is configured this way
However, Jamulus Explorer shows my port number as 44458
Why the discrepancy? Was this something that I inadvertently did?
And I'm wondering if this has any bearing on my primary issue: I can see my server listed, and connect with it, but others cannot.
(see attachment to prior post) I can delete single digits from item "jamulus" under firewall entry type IPv4 port mapping, but if I attempt to delete the entire number, the "save" button remains greyed out. There's nothing in the airport utility that suggests it needs to be unlocked to make changes.
My firewall is configured to allow incoming connections from Jamulus and Jamulus server.
My server is "Green Man." Just checked Jamulus Explorer and it's showing up. I notice that: the port # is different today (35698), and there's nothing in the version or OS fields. Don't know if that's significant...
I'll leave it active for now, so you can verify.

Hi Cyprian,
Please try it with no port mapping configured in your router.
What is the name of your server?
Thanks for your reply.

Hi Cyprian - I think (but I'm not sure) that this may be an issue with your ISP. Worth checking at least.
