Do you have your headphones plugged in?

You don't tell us much, but I assume you are using the microphone and speakers of your laptop.
    That is destined for feedback.
    You need to use headphones.

    Hi DonC:

=> Do you have your headphones plugged in?
The headphone is not plugin in the laptop. See the .pdf

=> You don't tell us much, but I assume you are using the microphone and speakers of your laptop.
I don’t using a microphone or speakers of the laptop.!

What do you mean with audio interface.

The audio interface is the black box into which you connected your keyboard and headphones.

The audio interface => the black box into connected the keyboard and headphones is
    => Behringer : Type: U-Phoria UM2

Feedback means that part of your output manages to make it back into the input. That can actually only sensibly happen when there is a rather explicit misconfiguration (output cable plugged into an input, for example) or a microphone and speaker are involved. You don't have a microphone connected, and the headphones should provide good acoustic isolation.

That suggests that your version of Jamulus is connected to laptop speakers and laptop microphones and ignores your sound interface. Try to see whether you can find your audio interface in the "Configuration" dialog and select it instead of the apparently currently selected laptop speaker and microphone (which often runs by cryptic names like AC97 or Connexant).

Do you have the necessary driver installed? In this case ASIO4ALL.
Once that is installed, open the Settings window, under Device select ASIO4ALL.
It could be that it will work already at that point.
If not you will need to configure ASIO4ALL, again in the Settings window click ASIO Setup, there you need to select the UM2 as your input and output. I do not know the details of the setup at that level.
    Good luck.

As David said above the feedback comes because you have not yet told Jamulus what audio device you are using (the UM2) and it thinks it should use the mic and speakers of your PC.

I don’t see any sign in your attached files (Information on Jamulus installatio.pdf and Sound configuration Laptop.pdf) that your U-Phoria UM2 is recognized by your computer. The only devices I can see are your internal Realtek card and Intel (surly for HDMI sound).

    ASIO4ALL is installed.
In the Settings window, USB Audio CODEC is selected.
The Realtek High Defenition Audio (mic and audio) is no longer active.

Unfortunately Jamules is not working properly yet.
So I no longer have any feedback.
I can hear the keyboard well now.
I don't hear what the other musicians are playing
    Attached the settings of ASIO4ALL v2.14 (Doc1.pdf)

Hopefully I will now take a step further with your help.

It’s better now, I can see your Behringer. And like David said, don’t activate the DIRECT MONITOR button.

      PS
You will not have a good experience with a buffer size of 512 samples! Set it to 128 and increase only if you get crackles.

Turn the monitor pot to "Computer" rather than "Source". Wait, maybe you don't have it. Turn off the "Direct Monitor" switch.

If this hasn't resolved yet. I also noticed the USB interface is not listed on the Windows System sound setting page. I would suggest disabling the Realtek and Intel devices, Closing the Window 10 setting page, plugging in the USB interface, reopening the Windows 10 Setting page for System settings/sound and seeing if the USB interface is available and select/enable it, then start Jamulus. I have had occurrences using usb devices that require disabling other devices and restarting software before the changes lock in. Keeping headphones plugged into the laptop will help avoid feedback if the selections fail when connecting with a server. Good luck, sometimes I think win10 is a beta AI that knows better))

    Hi,
First of all, I thank everyone who helped solve this problem.
In the attached document I have noted the steps that I have performed.

Solution with feedback with below configuration:
 First connect the keyboard and the USB interface.
 Switch on the laptop / PC
 Disable Realtek and Intel devices (microphone) / the USB interface must then be available
     Start Jamulus
 Go to Jamulus settings. (See page 2)

    Kind regards from the Netherlands.

Hi, I'll take one more attempt at this.
    Leaving your configuration as diagrammed-
On the Windows10 Settings / System / Sound
after you have started Jamulus, does it still show that Realek and Intel are still disabled?
My other thought is to unplug the HDMI monitor, and have the minimum of connections.
Laptop / interface, keyboard, and headphone into the interface.
Is the feedback immediate, or when you connect to a server?
If it is immediate, then it is a keyboard-interface issue.
Is it possible you are over-driving the input on the interface and this is actually
signal clipping instead of a feedback loop?
I'm just trying to think of what else could be occurring, at first glance the settings look good.
There are more drop down menus to check there to confirm that the interface is connected
    on all points.
Under the WMD Device list, expand everything in both the Realtek and USB Audio Codec to
    confirm the pathways.
Perhaps someone with this interface will notice something I'm missing.
Is there a manufacturers driver available?
I had one HP laptop that was totally stubborn about disabling the internal speakers / microphone.
I ended up placing a pair of earbuds in the laptop jack to avoid the feedback until I got it under control. I began to connect with empty servers to confirm I was actually not about to hurt others hearing before entering an occupied room.
    Best.
