I have one question, how am i supposed to write the / if my special characters are disabled, i mean, pressing the red button doesnt bring up any special characters like the numbers or the . :S
or is just me?

Nope it's not just you. Support for the extended characters just went in over the last few days. Arrow key/joypad support is still incomplete and we mapped a few things differently than labled for ease of development.
If you compile a copy of the code from the KEYMAP branch, things work as expected and the keyboard generates less spurious key events.
