A huge issue with many wacom digitizers is the fact that the pen is slightly inaccurate, depending where it is on the screen. Because the accuracy of the pen is dependent on it's location on the screen, a simplistic four point calibration scheme really does not help much with fixing the accuracy. Windows has a feature where you can use more then four calibration points, in order to fix this issue, and from what I've seen it actually works very well when using around 100 calibration points. This seems like a huge feature that really should be included in the wacom drivers, especially since without it there is no way to completely fix the accuracy on any touch screen with a wacom digitizer built into it.
