Christian, Actually, I thought I had tested this but it seems that bracket quoting the address is working for me in Chrome 15 and Firefox 10. In other words, this works: http://[::1]:6080/vnc_auto.html?host=[::1]&port=6080&password=BLAH What browser version are you seeing the problem with? And does it work for the main URL but not the WebSocket URL?
