This is the root folder, it just means the heuristic code could not
locate a folder named "Playlists" or "My Playlists" on the device.
If your device requires playlists to be put into the "Music" or
similar folder, we need to fix that somewhat so that it gets stored
in the music folder if no playlist folder is found.
