We saw quite early that the Zen is a new generation of devices which
introduce a number of regressions, it's like Creative changed their hardware
and software platform or something like that. It even has a bad protocol
implementation which is nothing like the old one.

Given all the problems people have had I have my doubts about the quality
of this device. I would like to read what buyers write about this device
in the forums, if it's generally broken.
