Sorry - haven't had chance to check this until now as I've been away. I checked and it turns out the Zen actually freezes after some number of files have been transferred. So disconnecting or hot-unplugging might not be the fault, but something in the transfer mechanism? Is there any script I could use to generate some debug info for this?
