Linus, thanks for the heads up regarding the USB issue, and their 
mailing list. However, I attempted to send a request to the mailing list 
which got moderated and rejected by the administrator with the following 
reason: "Not in use"... I suppose that means that the mailing list is no 
longer being used? I really wanted to bring this issue to their 
attention and maybe help on clarifying why (at least iriver Clix) MTP 
devices don't charge over the USB. I know the other place would be to 
step into the jungle (LKML) and try to ask there... Or burn in the 
flames of my own ignorance.
