I am facing problems accessing my mobile file from ubuntu

This is the result of mtp-detect (Note: I had libmtp version 1.1.13 installed from distributation reposotiry but facing problems. I tried to install 1.1.17 from sourceforge.net, but problems still exist. I notice that both versions are reported in the result of mtp-detect)
