Please report this VID/PID and the device model to the libmtp development team
Available devices (busLocation, devNum, productId, vendorId, product, vendor):
1, 20, 0xc026, 0x2e04, UNKNOWN, UNKNOWN
KDE Filemanager only shows the CD-Rom content
I am unsure who to "blame" and where to continue investigating.

Nokia 3 seems to show up as USB Massstorage device offereing some Mac and Windows installer files. Is libmtp expected to switch or eg. usb-modeswitch?
Christian
can it be switched to MTP mode in a device menu?
Usually something like usb_modesdwitch could switch it, libmtp has some beginnings for this too.
