Hi...

I downloaded the 1.1.13, because the version of Ubuntu 16.04 LTS is a "little" old (1.1.10)... I compiled and installed whitout error.. But, I still can't connect my android phone in a stable and thorough way...

Checked the file /lib/udev/rules.d/69-libmtp.rules for the line:
ATTR{idVendor}=="04e8", ATTR{idProduct}=="6860", SYMLINK+="libmtp-%k", MODE="660", GROUP="audio", ENV{ID_MTP_DEVICE}="1", ENV{ID_MEDIA_PLAYER}="1"
and it exist (as I found in google search, so I discard a configuration problem)

When I connect the device in the USB port, it's detected but when use dolphin to read files (any one) it says
the process for the mtp protocol died unexpectedly

Following several guides, I arrived to here in order to find a solution because with mtp-detect I got an LIBMTP error (below is the output from mtp-detect)

This exact problem is present too in my notebook (Lenovo ThinkPad T-520) I've with Ubuntu 16.04 LTS installed from scrach, with another USB cord... So, I think isn't a hardware related problem...

How I can help to help you to solve my problem? :)
