#1436 Parrot Bebop drone

The Parrot Bebop drone acts as an MTP device.

Following udev rule makes it work and I can copy files via the file manager:

ATTR{idVendor}=="19cf", ATTR{idProduct}=="5038", SYMLINK+="libmtp-%k", ENV{ID_MTP_DEVICE}="1", ENV{ID_MEDIA_PLAYER}="1"

It's not yet in music-players.h so you might want to add it.
