Hi!

I'm going through the issues list on github, and noticed a couple
of things.

1) Some of the issues can and should be closed since they're
solved. At the moment that's #22, #25, #27 and #28.

2) A bunch is Docker specific. Does anyone take care of the
Docker manual part? I don't know a thing about Docker personally,
and it doesn't seem like it's being serviced. Could we simply
drop the Docker installation part and close those issues as well,
pointing them towards the manual installation process?

3) One is a suggestion rather than an issue. Could we tag stuff
with labels, so it's easier to see what's what?
