Hi, not sure what you are referring to: The drop delay from level 7 to 8 changes from 13/60 s to 8/60 s following the NES tetris rules. In general the first level you play has a "transition" if not level 0, so you play more lines ,e.g., if starting in level 7 you need to clear 80 lines for the transition to level 8 while afterwards a level is always just 10 lines so from then on you progress faster. Again, this implementation follows the NES tetris rules.
