A unit that has nearly become eradicated may be moved by one hex after a fight. If this hex is a victory hex, it is not taken. As human player you have to wait one round and can take the victory hex by clicking on the unit.
This might lead to a situation that prevents in the last turn to capture the final victory hex.
This can also block AI as it is not able to take this victory hex. The unit might stay on that hex for the whole game, but it will not capture the field.
