OK, you need to configure a connection to your box in winscp. The 
parameters are mostly the same as in putty, actually it is pretty 
similar to set up a connection in putty.

You need to set up a new site for the box. For the file protocol use SCP 
and not SFTP. hostname can be an IP address. You should use the username 
and password you use for the ssh connection in putty. Then save that 
information and open it. This session will be unknown to WinSCP so a 
dialog will pop up and ask you if you want to accept the key for this 
session, just accept it and winscp should show you a file tree on the 
remote machine.
