The parameters are mostly the same as in putty, actually it is pretty similar to set up a connection in putty. You need to set up a new site for the box. For the file protocol use SCP and not SFTP. hostname can be an IP address. You should use the username and password you use for the ssh connection in putty. Then save that information and open it.
