Feedback of the original authors is welcome, "just to be shure" :)
Thx for that and your permission.
I do believe that CC-BY-SA as proposed by David is reasonable solution.

As Mike noted, we'll better wait some more days, it's not urgent, for more 
feedback from authors, until we make a decision.
