A quick google would have led you to http://www.homepna.org/support/faqs.asp#FAQ6, which provides directions for compiling the il.o modules used by the Broadcom chip. I haven't tried it myself, but according to a discussion on debian planet (http://debianplanet.org/node.php?id=704) the file on the linksys site (ftp://ftp.linksys.com/beta/linux_hpna2_0_v2_34_0_2.exe) provides precompiled object files rather than complete sources.
