A question to the Bering crew about required files on bootdisk.img.... Building a CD with isolinux fails, more correctly it fails to boot, which= I=20 believe is due to the bios of my router hardware (IBM PC 330). It works with syslinux and the usual bootdisk.img on the CD. Now floppy s= pace=20 is always a problem, especially if I want to use a newer glibc version. S= o I=20 checked which files are required to boot and load lrp's from the CD. I fo= und=20 that the kernel, ldlinux, syslinux.* and initrd.lrp are the only one's. I= n=20 opposite to Dachstein root.lrp is not needed on the bootdisk.img.=20 Can the Bering crew confirm this?=20 TIA kp=20 |
