This drop is frozen in the sense that no new features would be added, 
only bug fixing and only critical bugs.
2.4 Final release is scheduled for September 8, 2012. It has been 
delayed a week due to some bugs found in rc1. I apologize for the delay.

Again, I would appreciate any testing you would like to do
