Hi,

Regretfully, the manual is for KRename 3.0.12 (KDE 3, 28.08.06) and the  
current version is 4.0.9 (KDE 4, 2014). So it's a bit outdated (more than  
8 years).

If your package works as expected (my works great) there is nothing to  
worry about. ;)
