opensuse rpm does not contain translations as well at the moment.
Do you need to add them?

No, there is no kde3 package installed.

Another question. kde3 offered a lot of plugins and so did krename.
On kde4 the plugin list is very small. Which packages do I miss. I installed 
everything I could find.
