I think it should be KDE API thing. When something tries to open
directory and this directory doesn't exist dialog should be:
 Directory '%1' doesn't exist! Do you want to create it? [Create]
 [Cancel]

As an extra feature (IMO unnecessary, just to show off ;) could be
[Create with name...]

I think Files tab isn't necessary in wizard mode. Files can be
rearranged also in last tab.

I discovered one more feature - context menu in last tab:

a) if default action for double click is 'Rename manually' this
 should be the first position in context menu.
b) because you can preview graphic files (and other) with context
 menu IMO Files tab in wizard mode is redundant. This way you can
 reduce number of tabs to 2 in 'newbie' mode.

Maybe as KPart similar to kfind?

Another thing: in Actions menu there is 'Rename with krename',
 should be 'Rename with KRename'.

And one more:
Numbering - it should start with 1, 0 is geeky thing - 'normal'
 users don't grok it.
