The intended behaviour was to re-add only the 40 files again that were really 
renamed. But unfortunately the feature was buggy, so all 50 files got added 
again to KRename. I fixed this "bug" lately. But now I am not sure wether the 
old our the intended behaviour is better.

I guess your vote will go for the old behaviour :)
I think the best will be to support both behaviours.
