All the plugins are part of a complete KDE 3.1 standard installation. The 
MP3/Ogg plugin is not avaible for RedHat, because red hat removed mp3 support 
completly from its distribution. If you need this plugin you will have to 
compile kdemultimedia from source (or look for a pre compiled package with 
mp3 support for RedHat 9).
