Installs to /usr by default, not /usr/local as documented

The INSTALL files says:

`/usr/local/bin', `/usr/local/man', etc. You can specify an

But when I just did "./configure && make && make install", Krename had been installed into /usr, not /usr/local.
(Krename 3.0.13 and 3.0.14, tar.bz2 source downloads)
