If iTunesDB doesn't exist on the iPod (it's
brandnew), it fails with a very vague error.
"The folder Apple iPod could not be found."
Possible fixes:
1) change the error message to something like:
"No iTunesDB was found. Please initialize the device
using gtkPod or iTunes."
2) The ioslave should just transparently create the
iTunesDB and inform the user.
